EPIC PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Manage and support program activities aligned with strategic goals, including day-to-day operations, project planning, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Serve as a key liaison to OCHIN members, customers, and partners by providing clear, timely, and customer-centric communication about program initiatives, updates, and opportunities for engagement. Research, recommend, and implement improvements based on best practices and performance data; contribute critical thinking and insights to enhance program effectiveness and member value. Create and maintain program documentation, reports, and visual content (e.g., dashboards, presentations) to support internal and external communication, learning, and decision-making. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards while driving clinical, operational, and organizational excellence within OCHIN's virtual workforce.
