Epic Products Analyst, Lead - Healthy Planet

Lead application-specific content configuration for growth projects and new entity integration initiatives. Facilitate meetings to review end-user performance, tracking issues, workflow problems, and system enhancement needs. Oversee workflow analysis, data collection, and report production to support technical and business decision-making. Troubleshoot problems, resolve application errors, and monitor system performance. Lead evaluation and implementation of new module releases, including script development and test environment maintenance. Provide consulting support to Business Relationship Management teams to analyze operations and incorporate informatics best practices. Create security classification templates, coordinate application upgrades, and ensure interoperability between Epic and supporting applications. Analyze the business-IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Maintain compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures.
