Job Summary
Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose systems analyst to support the development, configuration, and implementation of medium to large-scale initiatives within the Population Health domain. This role will work with project teams, operational stakeholders, and organizational leadership to define project scope, execute system build and validation, and provide support during the implementation process. Example Scope of Work Initiatives include Collaborative Care Plans, Predictive Modeling, Chronic Care Management workflows, Healthy Planet Link, and Nova: Text Patients Before Outreach Calls. The position is a 6-month contract with potential extension; compensation is hourly in the $70-$85 range.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose Certification
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Healthy Planet and/or Compass Rose build experience
- Strong understanding of Compass Rose end-to-end workflow
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within structured timelines
