Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Certified in Epic Professional Billing
- Strong knowledge/experience with healthcare revenue cycle processes
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, medical billing codes, and insurance procedures
- Knowledge of medical coding systems like CPT and ICD-10
Desired Qualifications
- Expertise in Epic's Professional Billing module
- Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills
