Lead project governance for structuring nuclear infrastructure initiatives by organizing meetings, tracking decisions, and managing action plans. Represent business needs between the site and back-office while producing dashboards and monitoring risks and deadlines. Participate in digital project phases including emergence, scoping, and development under the MODEX model to prioritize business requirements. Facilitate workshops with business teams and IT to formalize functional needs and deliverables, then instruct and coordinate stakeholder exchanges. Organize functional tests, become the solution reference user, and support production deployment. Provide necessary data, update process documentation, and lead user adoption by securing key actor buy-in and disseminating best practices.
