Job Summary
Conduct Epic application system analysis and design, including requirements gathering, specifications, configuration, documentation, testing, and implementation. Provide Epic application support, troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and generate reports. Serve as a liaison between delivery groups, clients, and vendors for both Epic and integrated third-party applications. Mentor teammates on issue resolution and track updates to peers and leadership. Plan and execute detailed design sessions while adhering to departmental policies and the application change management process. Work Monday through Friday with flexibility for after-hours on-call rotation and occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Orders Certification
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Associate's degree in computer science, information systems, healthcare, business or 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Desired Qualifications
- Epic ASAP Certification is desired
