EPIC MyChart Analyst

Job Summary

Serve as the primary representative during implementation phases including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization. Act as an escalation point for focus area support and optimization activities while ensuring team adherence to quality standards and organizational best practices. Lead process and requirement analysis through process mapping, flowchart development, and stakeholder analysis to prepare organized project status reports. Independently analyze, design, configure, and communicate complex system designs for assigned applications, maintaining expert knowledge of technologies and developing documentation to enhance efficiency. Mentor assigned analysts, facilitate cross-training, and distribute workloads to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations. Build strong relationships with key client administrators to understand business needs and influence operational and clinical project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • 5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be proficient in assigned Epic module or certified upon employment
  • Certifications and proficiencies must remain current through ongoing training

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
  • Experience mentoring peers and junior team members
  • Functional supervision experience
  • Experience contributing to performance reviews and corrective actions
  • Ability to coordinate work assignments and daily priorities
  • Strong healthcare systems knowledge and expertise
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to independently coordinate and lead projects
  • Relevant certifications in area of focus
