Job Summary
The Epic Instructional Designer is responsible for training clinicians on BMC information systems and managing the Epic Training Program for Beaker and other applications. The role includes developing training materials, coordinating logistics for training programs, and fostering relationships with clinical departments for effective training program implementation. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in developing classroom curriculum and e-Learning materials. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of project management, and the ability to adapt training content based on feedback are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training experience
- 2+ years’ experience in training or business systems analysis
- Ability to develop high-quality training materials
- Experience with eLearning tools
Desired Qualifications
- Epic Certification or Proficiency
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement
- Experience creating lesson plans and education tools for remote learning
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Must complete Epic Certification or Proficiency within 90 days of hire
