Epic Healthy Planet/Compass Rose Manager-Manager, Product Services & Management

Manages, plans, and organizes the staff and activities of the assigned team within Product Services & Management. Leads design, implementation, and enhancement support to nurses, clinicians, pharmacists, providers and allied health professionals across the health system. Serves as liaison to Nursing Institute, Quality and Risk Management, and Center for Clinical Excellence. Provides leadership to team members to achieve department objectives, communicates goals, and builds consensus. Drives design and implementation of CIS areas, evaluates processes, documents baselines for improvements, validates outputs, promotes standardization and leading practices, collaborates with clinicians to define data reporting requirements, coordinates CIS projects and outcomes measurement, and ensures education of clinical staff to optimize health system information and applications. Oversees hiring and development of direct reports and performs required performance appraisals. All duties fall under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are considered essential functions.
