Job Summary
Epic Credentialed Trainer role located in Anchorage, AK. On-site, full-time position as part of CereCore Epic team focusing on training and education for Epic EHR, including new hire orientation and various delivery methods (in-person classroom, live virtual, asynchronous, and web-based training) with knowledge-base materials. Responsibilities include developing, delivering, and maintaining Epic training programs; creating lesson plans and presentation materials; communicating Epic changes/upgrades; providing end-user support; applying adult-learning principles; and collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and physicians. Requires Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least three years of relevant experience; Epic Credentialed Trainer certification in Inpatient Clinical Documentation or Orders required within first 3 months; cross-training in both Inpatient Clinical Documentation and Orders; travel up to 25% anticipated; on-site role with travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three or more years of relevant work experience
- Epic Credentialed Trainer in the Inpatient Clinical Documentation or the Orders application required within first 3 months in role
- Must be cross-trained in both the Inpatient Clinical Documentation and the Orders application
- Epic Application Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency preferred
