Job Summary
Epic Community Connect Project Manager role coordinating planning, governance, and stakeholder activities for an Epic Community Connect EHR implementation and partner rollout. Responsibilities include leading planning, governance, managing timelines and risks, coordinating application, training, testing, security, and operational readiness workstreams, and ensuring client and affiliate teams stay aligned through go-live and stabilization. Strong healthcare project management background, ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and excellent communication and issue-management skills are required.
