Job Summary
Epic Clinical Application Analyst providing technical support, configuration, and lifecycle maintenance for healthcare applications (including EHR/EMR, PACS, billing, scheduling, labs, and related systems) with Epic certification preferred; responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing and implementing workflow changes, coordinating with vendors, contributing to small-to-mid-size projects, developing training and documentation, and ensuring system testing and ongoing optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field (preferred)
- Two (2) years of work experience in a related area or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years' experience
- Epic Certification preferred and maintaining certification
- Ability to configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and maintain systems and applications
- Experience with project management for small to mid-size projects
- Strong documentation and change management skills
- Knowledge of healthcare information systems (EHR/EMR, PACS, scheduling, billing, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word)
