Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst III (EpicCare Ambulatory)

Job Summary
Lead the design, build, and testing of electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical and revenue cycle workflows within EpicCare Ambulatory. Facilitate application workflow design, configure and debug programs, and develop test scripts for end-to-end workflow validation. Collaborate with technical teams to define hardware requirements, troubleshoot escalated system issues, and implement corrective actions while maintaining service level agreements. Manage on-call duties for critical applications, handle incidents outside business hours, and provide leadership support to analysts and end-users. Mentor support groups, deliver training materials, and lead user group meetings to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Five years' healthcare IT application/technical experience
- Five years' of applicable Epic application experience
- Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility
- Ability to travel up to 25% as required by the role
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
- E-Verify participation and understanding of Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- EpicCare Ambulatory certification
- Certification in Bones or Wisdom
- Experience supporting Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine workflows in Epic
- Exposure to the Epic Occupational Medicine (Occ Med) module
