Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst III (EpicCare Ambulatory)

Design, build, and test electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical and revenue cycle workflows while leading project meetings and assigning duties with minimal managerial oversight. Facilitate application workflow design, integrate systems, and configure, debug, and maintain programs based on user specifications and established standards. Develop test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing, evaluate special enhancement requests, and collaborate with technical teams to define hardware and network requirements. Monitor process improvements, provide ongoing application support, and troubleshoot escalated system issues. Handle on-call duties for critical applications, conduct routine status meetings, maintain service level agreements, and deliver training materials to analysts and end-users. Travel up to 25% for go-live events and on-site support.
