Epic Certified EHR Systems Analyst III (EpicCare Ambulatory)

Lead the design, build, and testing of electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical and revenue cycle workflows while facilitating application integration sessions. Design, configure, test, debug, and maintain programs and applications; develop test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing and evaluate user requests for special enhancements. Collaborate with technical teams to define hardware requirements, troubleshoot escalated system issues, and implement solutions while maintaining service level agreements. Provide ongoing support for existing computer applications, handle on-call duties for incidents outside business hours, and deliver training materials to analysts and end-users. Manage project meetings, mentor support groups, and conduct routine status meetings with leadership to ensure efficient operational understanding.
