Job Summary

Lead the design, build, and testing of electronic documentation solutions supporting clinical and revenue cycle workflows for EpicCare Ambulatory systems. Facilitate application workflow design, configure, debug, and maintain programs while developing test scripts for end-to-end workflow testing. Collaborate with technical teams to define hardware requirements, troubleshoot escalated incidents, and monitor process improvements through standardized workflows. Provide ongoing on-call support for critical applications, resolve system issues, and deliver training materials to end-users and support staff. Manage service level agreements and lead user group meetings to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience
  • Five years' healthcare IT application/technical experience
  • Five years' of applicable Epic application experience
  • Epic Certification/Accreditation in area of responsibility
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as required by the role
  • All required vaccinations as a condition of employment
  • E-Verify participation and understanding of Right to Work notices

Desired Qualifications

  • EpicCare Ambulatory certification
  • Certification in Bones or Wisdom
  • Experience supporting Occupational Health or Occupational Medicine workflows in Epic
  • Exposure to the Epic Occupational Medicine (Occ Med) module
