Design, build, and maintain database objects, ETL processes, and custom reporting solutions across Business Intelligence and data integration tools. Develop complex SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data integration needs, including the secure and automated delivery of file extracts via SFTP. Create and optimize reporting products within Epic Hyperspace, including Reporting Workbench, Cogito SQL reports, and Radar dashboards. Lead working sessions with internal members, third-party vendors, and staff to design technical solutions that fit reporting and analytic needs. Execute the full reporting lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, automated and manual quality assurance testing, and user acceptance testing.
