Job Summary
EPIC Business Operations Analyst II provides operational support for the Epic patient access suite (Prelude, ADT, Cadence, Referrals, RelayHealth RTE, Perceptive, TeleVox) to achieve clinical, financial, and service quality objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with patient access business owners and stakeholders, ensuring quality of patient access and software deliverables, collaborating with IS&T and hospital/physician entities, and managing small to medium projects related to patient access and business applications in a healthcare environment. Key skills include Epic experience, end-user patient access workflows, cross-functional coordination, project-management, and proficiency with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- Five years of patient access end user experience
- EPIC experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
