Job Summary
The Epic Bridges/INTERFACE Analyst will implement, maintain, and troubleshoot interfaces between systems (including laboratory, radiology, immunization registry, billing, pharmacy, dental systems, HIEs, and other EHRs) to support OCHIN’s mission. Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying solution features per specifications, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and end-user satisfaction, collaborating across departments to support project implementations and member maintenance, and driving documentation and knowledge sharing to support process improvements and cross-functional alignment. The role emphasizes technical design, analysis, and ongoing system enhancements while aligning technical work with business objectives in a fully remote capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare interfaces and integration projects
- Familiarity with Epic Bridges or similar interface engines
- Understanding of EHR systems and interoperability (lab, radiology, immunization registry, billing, pharmacy, dental, HIEs)
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for complex system interactions
- Ability to document solutions clearly and maintain technical documentation
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders
- Willingness to work in a remote environment across multiple states
