Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of Epic analysts across one or more application areas; oversee build strategy, maintenance, and optimization; translate business needs into Epic solutions; establish and enforce best practices for configuration, testing, and change control; support professional development, performance management, and team engagement; ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals; collaborates with operational and IT leaders to optimize Epic solutions; requires 5+ years of Epic experience with current certification and proven leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Epic experience with at least one current certification (clinical, revenue, or access applications)
- Demonstrated experience as a team lead, senior analyst, or informal mentor
- Strong understanding of Epic build, workflows, and cross-application dependencies
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and operational stakeholders
