Job Summary
As an Epic Analyst - Resolute Billing, you will assist Associate Epic Analysts and collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to optimize application configuration and access. Responsibilities include providing day-to-day application support, troubleshooting issues, designing and implementing application features, supporting testing phases, and collaborating on documentation and training strategies. This role also involves maintaining communication with team members, participating in project meetings, and being involved in on-call rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in healthcare or healthcare-related organization
- Epic certification in relevant field required.

- Understanding of duplicate patient management processes
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
