Job Summary
Epic Analyst II to lead and support the rollout, optimization, and ongoing use of the Epic EHR system across the health system. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing Epic applications to meet clinical and operational needs, gathering requirements, developing use cases, coordinating testing phases, training end users, providing on-site support during implementations and upgrades, and leading IT/clinical teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and workflows. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years of relevant experience; Epic certification is highly desirable. Strong collaboration with end users, project teams, training colleagues, and facility leadership is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
- 3-5 years of relevant IIS, clinical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Epic Certification: Certification in one or more Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Willow, Orders) is highly desirable.
