Job Summary
Epic Analyst II responsible for building and supporting Epic CKD modules for nephrology practices, performing day-to-day maintenance, enhancement builds, and new implementation builds. Works with clinical, administrative, and revenue-cycle users to analyze workflows, gather requirements, test builds, and support go-lives. Collaborates with end users and SMEs to design, test, and troubleshoot integrated workflows, supports Epic upgrades, and mentors other Epic team members. Requires up to 25% travel, primarily remote work, and experience in Epic CKD and related modules. Knowledge of Nova, Orion, Sherlock, and other Epic tools; strong problem-solving and communication skills; ability to document build steps and statuses and engage with third parties to implement solutions. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6-8 years of experience
- Epic CKD/Nephrology experience and knowledge
- Epic Build Certification(s) such as Cadence, Prelude, Real Time Eligibility, Referrals, EpicCare Ambulatory, EpicCare Link, Care Everywhere, MyChart, HIM/Identity, Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, Contracts, Electronic Remittance, Charge Router, Data Courier Security Reporting
- Proficiency with Epic tools (Orion, Nova, Sherlock) and related workflow design
