Job Summary
Epic Analyst II builds and supports one or more Epic CKD modules for nephrology practices, performing day-to-day maintenance, enhancement builds, and implementation support. Works with clinical, administrative, and revenue cycle users to design solutions, analyze workflows, and guide go-live activities, leveraging Epic CKD tooling (EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart Haiku/Canto, Care Everywhere) and collaborating with end users and SMEs in a primarily remote environment. Travel up to ~25% for customer visits, trainings, and team meetings. The role includes incident/request resolution, build documentation, upgrades support, and mentoring of team members, with a focus on value-based care, interoperability, and continual learning in EHR technology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of Epic Build experience
- Two or more Clinical Epic Build Certifications: EpicCare Ambulatory and MyChart Haiku/Canto
- Up to 25% travel
- Experience building and implementing Epic modules for nephrology/EHR CKD
- Proficiency with Nova, Sherlock, and Epic toolsets
- Knowledge of workflows, testing, training, and go-live activities
- Experience in requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and design
- Ability to collaborate with end users and SMEs
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Product Board, JIRA/Confluence)
