Job Summary
Configure, implement, and optimize Epic Systems modules (e.g., EpicCare, Revenue Cycle, HIM) to support clinical and business workflows. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to evaluate workflows and implement changes; plan, test, and deploy upgrades and new modules. Provide ongoing end-user training, develop and update training materials and user guides, and act as a liaison between Epic user communities and technical teams. Perform system testing, audits, and documentation of configurations and troubleshooting procedures; monitor system performance and report to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products; at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in successfully launching and managing technical products in a competitive market
