EPI Equipment Engineering Technician

EPI Equipment Engineering Technician responsible for preventive maintenance and advanced troubleshooting of Zone 3 wafer processing tools, collaborating with engineers on projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency and safety, assist in data collection to resolve recurring equipment issues and scrap events, interface with OEM vendors, contribute to CIP data interpretation, track progress, participate in ERT, and engage in team meetings and continuous improvement activities. Requires strong proficiency with electronic schematics and mechanical/ vacuum diagrams, knowledge of MOCVD/Implant processes, SPC, RF systems, vacuum theory and related test equipment; capable of independent work and teamwork; able to fabricate parts via machine shop and adhere to safety and environmental standards.
