EPC & Utility Scale Sourcing Manager

Job Summary
Formulate and administer requests for proposals, bid analysis, and risk evaluations for EPC and construction services. Evaluate proposals, select suppliers, and manage partnerships to drive cost reduction initiatives and maintain high customer service levels. Lead cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies for environmental, engineering, and permitting services while negotiating large contracts to minimize operational, legal, and financial risks. Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to establish structured negotiation plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs. Ensure compliance with internal QSHE policies, procurement standards, and market analysis to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Economics or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
- At least 5 years of Supply Management or related experience
- Experience conducting RFPs
- Experience negotiating pricing and contracts
- Experience managing supplier relationship
- Experience managing quality
- Experience managing KPIs
- Experience performing economic evaluation for the procurement of equipment and construction services
- Knowledge of supply chain methodologies, models, practices and procedures
- Working knowledge of the Global Market for Electrical Equipment and Materials
- Proven record negotiating contracts with Global OEMs in an international environment
- Experience in Transmission Projects
- Experience in Electricity Generation projects
- Experience in Electricity Transmission Projects
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical and commercial information (oral, written, and presentation) effectively and efficiently
- Proficiency in Excel for Economic Evaluation, scenario analysis, data simplification and pattern identification
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
