Job Summary
EPC Superintendent leads on-site supervision and coordination for construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy projects. Responsibilities include managing contractors to meet safety, scheduling, quality control, cost management, labor management, and equipment procurement goals; coordinating with clients and inspectors; ensuring compliance with contract documents and the scope of work for all subcontractors; administering contracts and subcontracts, managing changes and maintaining current contract documents; tracking and updating field records, shop drawings, RFIs, punch lists, and project closeout activities; developing and maintaining project schedules to meet milestone dates; monitoring budgets and implementing corrective actions; and supporting pre-construction budgeting and strategy. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), a certified trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience, and 4 years in related trades with 3-6 years in a similar role, demonstrating both project execution capability and effective coordination of multiple disciplines on complex projects.
Required Qualifications
