Job Summary

EPC Sales Manager to develop and manage relationships with EPC companies across the United States, promoting NETZSCH pump technologies and engineered solutions to oil & gas, industrial, chemical, food, and related markets. Responsible for technical sales presentations, identifying early design opportunities, processing RFQs with internal teams to develop proposals, leading negotiations and order closures, and maintaining accurate opportunity records in CRM. Requires travel up to 50%, strong presentation and communication skills, experience with RFQ processes, and established relationships with EPC firms.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience selling engineered equipment, pumps, rotating equipment, skids, process systems, or industrial equipment
  • Experience calling on EPC firms, engineering companies, or large project-based customers with understanding of RFQ processes, technical proposals, project specifications, and commercial negotiations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related field is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical value to engineers and commercial value to procurement teams
  • Must have and maintain a valid passport and ability to travel up to 50%
