Job Summary

Lead development and administration of the Early Prenatal Care service line, overseeing relationships with referral OBs, partner clinics, and support agencies to provide holistic care for patients. If an advanced practice provider, collaborate with an overseeing physician and volunteers to develop scope, policies, and procedures for the service line. Provide patient care including pregnancy confirmation, sonograms, first-trimester visits, miscarriage management within practice scope, and post-abortive care within practice scope. Maintain mission-aligned, pastoral care conversations and support urgent Women’s Health needs as schedule permits. Partner with the EPC Coordinator to help enroll patients in ministry and social resources. Provide life-affirming guidance for women experiencing unexpected pregnancies and lead spiritual development for EPC volunteers; demonstrate leadership and evangelism consistent with Watermark Health’s mission.

Required Qualifications

  • Licensed provider (NP, PA, APRN-CNM, MD, or DO) in good standing
  • 2 years of Women’s Health experience in a provider role
  • Proficiency in sonogram technique and interpretation
  • Strong in problem-solving, attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and anticipating future needs
  • High self-initiative with the ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
  • Active member in good standing at a local church that affirms the 7 Core Beliefs of Watermark Community Church
