EPC Project Manager

Job Summary
Manage EPC project programs, multi-expertise teams, and contracts for large-scale Solar Power plants in Malaysia, overseeing execution from Ready-to-Build to Provisional Acceptance. Coordinate cross-functional efforts including lease, insurance, H&S, licenses, logistics, and local entity setup while supporting business development on feasibility, technical studies, and design optimization. Prepare and evaluate turnkey EPC and O&M tenders, lead stakeholder communication, and resolve risks to ensure cost, timeline, and quality targets are met. Accountable for project handover to Asset Management and O&M teams. Report to project director and senior management. Fluent in English and Malay required with work rights in Indonesia mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Academic degree in engineering, preferable in Electrical or Civil
- At least five years of relevant work experience
- Well-developed intercultural skills
- Strong communication skills
- Systematic organizational approach
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders to international standards
- Technical understanding of renewable energy
- Contract management experience
- Fluent in English and Malay (written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel
- Work rights in Indonesia
