Job Summary
EPC Project Manager to lead planning and execution of a large-scale thermal power generation facility; manage engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities; coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders; develop schedules, budgets, resource plans; ensure safety, on-schedule, within budget; experience with boilers, steam turbines, and balance of plant; background in utility-scale power generation and major EPC programmes; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or related discipline
- 10–15+ years’ experience within power generation, energy infrastructure or major industrial EPC projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale EPC projects within thermal power generation
- Strong knowledge of: Utility boilers; Steam turbine generators; Balance of plant systems; Thermal / steam-cycle power generation; EPC project delivery methodology
- Experience managing projects or work packages valued above $100 million
- Strong knowledge of construction execution, scheduling and project controls
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
- Strong commercial awareness and contractor management capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
