Job Summary
Remote EPC Project Manager role supporting US operations; primary responsibilities include managing the complete project process from award to closeout for EPC projects, coordinating with customers/vendors/contractors to ensure on-time delivery, developing and managing multiple project schedules, monitoring construction progress, leading management calls to review site issues and workflow efficiency, organizing vendor and customer updates, and reviewing/approving changes with coordination to scheduling. Requires experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management, knowledge of PVF materials, strong Excel/PDF skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership abilities; candidate should be in EST time zone, preferably near Cincinnati, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management
- Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred
- Knowledge of PVF materials and processes
- Projects are mainly in the Power and Heavy Industry fields
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization
- Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers
