EPC Preconstruction Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead cross-functional preconstruction efforts from pursuit inception through planning for EPC projects. Manage design and engineering coordination, 3D/BIM modeling, budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, and commissioning planning. Develop and oversee contract development with Project Exec/PM, collaborate with operations, coordinate with clients and internal/external engineers and third-party partners, supervise BIM/3D-modeling development, and transition control to the construction phase. Responsible for coordinating proposals, cost estimates, value engineering, and ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Travel 15-25% and work hours span 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday with flexibility as needed to meet project demands.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10 years of design build or EPC construction leadership experience or emphasis on MEP coordination
- Travel: 15-25%
- Work Schedule: 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday-Friday; may require work any time to meet business needs
