EPC Industrial/Mechanical Assistant Project Manager

Support the planning, organization, and staffing of construction projects while aligning with safety culture across all phases. Ensure projects complete profitably and on schedule by coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers, and visiting job sites to monitor progress and encourage safe behavior. Manage quality control inspections, maintain QA/QC logs, and lead the closeout process including documentation and grant incentive submissions. Collaborate daily with project managers, estimators, and engineers to execute project goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience. Typical hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, though flexible scheduling may be required.
