EPC Industrial/Mechanical Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary
Support the planning, organization, and staffing of construction projects while aligning with the company's safety culture from planning through closeout. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material suppliers to ensure projects complete profitably and on schedule. Conduct quality control inspections, maintain QA/QC logs, and oversee non-compliance corrections. Represent the company to owners, subcontractors, and field personnel, visiting job sites to monitor progress and encourage safe behavior. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and engineers on daily execution, including bid package development and request for proposal processes. Prepare project documentation, status reports, and schedules, then lead the closeout process for required submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related field
- 50-100% travel
- Ability to work between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday
- Ability to work at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs
- E-Verify participation eligibility

- Previous experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment
