Job Summary
Develop and implement infrastructure to process and secure project documentation, including vendor documents, drawings, and quality records. Coordinate the assembly, reproduction, revision control, and submission of final EPC document books while loading materials into the Customer Document Management System. Retrieve and upload documents per customer mandates, collaborate with Project Managers and external vendors to ensure compliance with delivery dates, and maintain accurate record-keeping. This remote role supports national EPC customers in the Eastern Time Zone, requiring 40 hours weekly Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience working in Document Control
- preferably with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) level projects
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality output
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Accurate spelling, grammar, punctuation, and strong reading comprehension
- The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern Time Zone (EST)
- preferably within a reasonable commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH
- required to work 40 hours a week
- Monday-Friday
