Job Summary
EPC Director to manage key construction activities on a major 400MW+ onshore wind and BESS project in Queensland through final development, construction and COD. Role includes coordinating interfaces between contractors and work packages, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, leading the EPC project organization, and sustaining high HSE and ESG standards. Requires an engineering degree and at least 10 years of full-time experience; not permanently site-based but with on-site presence during critical phases and leadership across multiple contractors and interfaces. Responsibilities cover engineering/design alignment, procurement interfaces, site investigations, QA/QC, commissioning, and a smooth handover to operations (including SCADA/IT access). Renewable energy project delivery and complex multi-contractor coordination skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
