Job Summary
EP Mapping Specialist in Training for MA region. Provides clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products; educates hospital personnel on technical matters related to CAS products; promotes safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products; supports national, regional, and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals; develops customer relationships and collaborates with Account Manager, Regional Manager, and Area Directors to identify sales opportunities; conducts customer training for mapping and CAS solutions; travels within assigned territory to support customers; requires a valid driver’s license; education and experience align with 8 years healthcare EP/Cath Lab or 4 years bachelor-level in cardiac field with related experience; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is limited to Principal-level roles and above.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma PLUS a minimum 8 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field OR Bachelor degree PLUS a minimum 4 years work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in cardiac field
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Willingness and ability to travel within assigned territory up to 25-50% and occasional overnight travel
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a healthcare environment with exposure to infectious disease and radiation
