Job Summary
Remote Mapping Specialist (CAS) for the Rhode Island region at Medtronic. Lead clinical and technical support and training for EP mapping/navigation systems to physicians and staff; educate hospital personnel on CAS products and procedures; collaborate with regional sales and clinical teams to drive opportunities and customer training; travel within the assigned territory to accounts, with a required valid driver’s license. Requires a bachelor’s degree with related experience (or an associate degree with more years, or a high school diploma with more years) in cardiac mapping/navigation, plus willingness to travel up to 25%+ and reside within the territory. Roles in the CAS Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio, with US work authorization sponsorship limited to Principal-level positions; comprehensive benefits and competitive base salary in the US.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of related 6 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of related 4 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Bachelor degree plus a minimum of related 2 years of work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Preferred Qualifications B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support
- Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
- Must have a valid driver’s license
