Job Summary
EP Mapping Specialist responsible for clinical and technical support and training on the EP mapping and navigation system and CAS products across territory accounts. Collaborates with account managers and regional teams to meet sales goals, trains physicians and hospital staff on CAS products and procedures, promotes safe use, and develops customer relationships. Requires residence within the assigned territory, regular travel with 25-50% driving, and a valid driver’s license. Remote position not located at a Medtronic site; candidate must reside within territory and drive to multiple accounts. Optional path to U.S. work authorization sponsorship only for Principal-level roles. Salary range $120,000–$125,000 with eligibility for incentive plans and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- OR Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
- Preferred Qualifications B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years’ work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation
- Travel within assigned territory and possible overnight
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship offered exclusively for Principal-level roles and above; roles below Principal level require unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and duration of employment
