Job Summary
Monitor invasive cardiovascular procedures by interpreting dysrhythmias, EKGs, and pressure waveforms while operating physiologic recorders and imaging equipment. Serve as scrub tech, circulator, or monitor tech assisting physicians with diagnostic and procedural tasks, including patient transport, sterile setup, and patient preparation. Manage cath lab supply inventory through ordering, cleaning, and stocking while troubleshooting equipment issues. Post-procedure, remove sheaths, maintain hemostasis, and monitor patient status. Work 10-hour shifts, four days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree, science emphasis or commensurate healthcare experience
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardio Life Support certification
- RCIS certified within eighteen (18) months of date of hire
- ARRT and TX RT(R)
