Job Summary
Private group of cardiologists seeking an Electrophysiology physician to take over an established EP caseload in Bakersfield. The role includes ~2 lab days and ~3 clinic days per week, immediate access to an existing patient panel, and a compensation package featuring base salary up to $700K, a $25K sign-on bonus, $10K relocation, and annual earnings upwards of $800K. Partnership/equity offered after 1 year. Opportunity to join a stable, long-standing practice with a strong reputation and collaborative team including 1 EP, 6 Interventional, 2 Non-invasive cardiologists, and 3 NPs; located in Central California Valley, about 2 hours north of Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- MD/DO in Cardiology
- Fellowship in Electrophysiology
- Board certification in Cardiology
- Eligible for medical licensure in California
- US clinical practice experience preferred
