Job Summary
Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a therapeutic home environment by implementing behavior and support plans, assisting with daily living tasks, and encouraging community participation. Foster a safe, clean, and engaging space while administering medications as trained and maintaining household responsibilities. Accurately document shift activity and communication logs, participate in team meetings and trainings, and support financial tracking. Work Saturdays 7:00 AM to Sunday 11:00 PM every other weekend for 40 hours at $17/hour. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform household maintenance tasks as needed
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Must pass physical exam, TB test, and required background checks
- Ability to be certified to administer medications
- Must be available for Saturday 7:00 AM - Sunday 11:00 PM shifts
- Must be available for Every Other Weekend blocks
- Must be able to work part-time or consolidated days throughout the month
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in human services preferred
