Conduct rig up and rig down operations, frac operations, backside proppant and fluids operations, and equipment inspection and maintenance for pumps, tractors, and iron. Engage in learning all aspects of equipment operation while adhering to the entry-level learning trajectory. This position supports the broader field services team through hands-on operational training and safety-focused maintenance protocols.
