Job Summary
This position involves maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities, onboarding new clients, implementing sales strategies, following up on leads, and preparing quotes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service-related and/or engineering jobs
- Demonstrated motivation to pursue and exceed sales goals
- Willingness to travel across North America (75% of the time)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
