EOR Implementation Manager - NAMER

Job Summary
EOR Implementation Manager leads customer onboarding and training to ensure clients achieve their talent and business objectives on Multiplier’s platform. Responsibilities include scheduling kick-off calls, delivering platform training, partnering with Sales/Product/Operations/Engineering to optimize the onboarding experience, serving as the primary client contact during onboarding, proactively identifying and resolving client issues, collecting customer feedback to inform the product roadmap, and aligning efforts with the NAMER market and time zones. Strong emphasis on consultative relationship-building, clear communication, organization, and adaptability in a high-growth environment. Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry and HR SaaS background are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Implementation experience in EOR industry
- Experience in customer success/service
- Background in HR SaaS is a plus
- Remote work experience is a plus
