Job Summary
Conduct hands-on agricultural tasks including picking, packing, lateral pruning, metal clipping, truss pruning, layering, pollination, de-leafing, and crop changeover. Perform nursery duties such as grafting, pinching, block-on, leaf pruning, staking, and clipping seedlings. Maintain quality standards by identifying pests or diseases and reporting issues while following workplace procedures. Work in a fast-paced environment across production, crop care, or nursery roles with flexibility to shift between tasks as required.
