Job Summary
Lead high-performing teams in Early Childhood Education across Narre Warren, Belgrave, Beaconsfield, and Pakenham, mentoring educators and supporting service operations. Manage Diploma-level staff while delivering high-quality education and care outcomes for children and families. Requires a current or active Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, a national police check, and a State working-with-children check. Onboarding includes National Child Safety Training via Gecko. Required Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check
- State working-with-children check
- Australian working rights
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
- VIC Diploma-Level - Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC in accordance with ACECQA
