EOI - Deputy Director Client Services Delivery

Provide strategic leadership for the Client Services Delivery Division, overseeing the operational delivery of 18 benefits to low-income, disabled, and carer households across Scotland. Lead within a complex, fast-paced environment under significant ministerial and stakeholder scrutiny, ensuring high-quality outcomes while maintaining service excellence. Develop and shape the future direction of Scotland's social security system through continuous improvement of delivery processes. Work closely with Ministers, senior officials, and external partners to manage change and drive operational performance. This temporary promotion offers a 3-month initial period with extension potential for substantive Deputy Directors or Band C staff.
